REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If there is any issue with the product, please inform us on the same day you receive it. The exchange delivery fee will be paid by the customer. Your issue will be resolved within 7 days.
 
Please make sure to record a video while opening the parcel. This is necessary so that if the product is broken, damaged, or not working, it can be verified in the video. Without this proof, claims will not be accepted.
 
Do not open the parcel before making the payment. If the parcel is opened before payment, the warranty will be void, and Moon Accessories will not be responsible for any future issues.
 
Any liquid or water damage is not covered under warranty.
 
If the product is damaged by the customer, it will not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
 
For exchanges, only use Leopards Courier Services.
 
Return Policy:
If a customer wishes to return the product (without any defect), the return will be accepted on 50% of the product amount. The remaining 50% amount will not be refundable.
